About the Host

Born and raised in Flint, MI.  Spent most of my teens and twenties playing in punk bands and traveling around the country.  In ’97 I ended up in Portland, OR.  Where I now call home.  Since being here, I continued with the band thing, got involved in the “buisness” end of music, got married, started a family, and 67 Music.  I’ve always been aware of my heritage, but not until the last 5 years have I really explored it.  Celtic music is just one aspect of a whole culture that I love.  The Irish language, history, folklore, and way of life, is great.  67 music is a NW Celtic music promotions company that strives to bring recognition to the folks that make this kind of music.
